Frequently asked questions.

Q: What is Prism Post? Are you a staffing company or a consulting firm?
A: Prism Post is a global talent access hub. We rapidly deploy pre-vetted technology professionals—engineers, QA, data, and automation talent—to your team in 48–72 hours. We are not a managed service provider, consulting firm, or traditional staffing agency. Rather, we connect you directly to qualified resources who embed into your workflow. You manage and direct the talent; we provide world-class sourcing, vetting, payroll, and HR support.

Q: Who manages the work and sets the technical direction for deployed resources?
A: You do. Once a Prism resource joins your team, you control their daily direction, tasking, and feedback—just as you would a direct hire. Prism does not manage, supervise, or guarantee outcomes; we empower you to scale your team flexibly with direct oversight.

Q: Does Prism ever access our systems, data, or infrastructure?
A: No. Prism Post LLC never accesses your IT environments, data, or internal tools. All system access, credentials, and onboarding are handled directly between your organization and the resource. Prism is never a party to your infrastructure.

Q: Are you a managed service provider (MSP) or do you offer SLAs or uptime guarantees?
A: No. We are not an MSP and we do not offer outcome-based SLAs, uptime, or deliverables. We do not monitor or operate in your environment. Your organization maintains full ownership, responsibility, and risk for all project outcomes.

Q: What is included in Prism’s pricing?
A: All pricing is transparent, hourly and based strictly on the work performed by the deployed resource (such as $45–70/hr for most roles). There are no hidden fees, managed service premiums, or outcome-based markups. You only pay for the time a resource supports your team.

Q: How does Prism vet its resources?
A: All resources are first screened and background-checked through our global partner platform (such as SiiRA) and then undergo additional Prism-led technical interviews and reference checks focused on communication, domain expertise, and real-world experience. Only the top talent in each category is presented for client consideration.

Q: Can a client request specific compliance, regulatory, or security certifications?
A: Yes—any needed certifications (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, healthcare, or government clearances) must be requested at the resource level and managed as part of your own onboarding and risk management process. Prism can help connect you to resources who hold such credentials, but these certifications apply to the resource, not to Prism Post as a vendor.

Q: Does Prism carry organizational SOC 2, ISO, or similar certifications?
A: No, and none are required under our “zero access” model. Since Prism does NOT touch client data, infrastructure, or production environments, all compliance and regulatory needs are managed directly between client and deployed resource in line with your internal controls.

Q: Who issues and manages credentials for the deployed resource?
A: The client. Prism does not provision accounts, VPN, internal access, or equipment. All access and privileges are established and managed by the client directly with the engaged individual.

Q: Can we interview the talent before engagement?
A: Absolutely. Clients are encouraged to interview and approve any proposed resource to ensure technical and cultural fit before engagement begins. Prism will never “force place” a candidate.

Q: What happens if a resource is not a good fit?
A: Prism offers a 5-day satisfaction guarantee: if a resource is not meeting expectations within the first week, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. After that, you have flexible engagement terms with minimal notice required for changes.

Q: Is there a required contract minimum or long-term lock-in?
A: No. Our standard is monthly or pay-as-you-go arrangements. Clients may scale capacity up or down as needed. Commitment discounts are available for 3, 6, and 12 month arrangements but are not required.

Q: What types of talent does Prism provide?
A: Full-stack, backend, frontend, and mobile engineers; QA/test engineers; DevOps/CloudOps talent; data and analytics engineers; workflow automation and AI/ML specialists; and dedicated resource options for 24x7 support teams.

Q: How does billing work?
A: Invoices are generated monthly based on actual hours worked, with detailed hour and role breakdowns. All costs are pre-agreed, with no surprise charges or back-end fees.

Q: Can resources work full-time, part-time, or project-based?
A: Yes. We can source for full-time, part-time, or project-based needs based on your requirements. Minimum practical engagement is typically one month due to onboarding and ramp-up.

Q: Where are resources located?
A: Our network is global, with strong pools in Latin America, Eastern Europe, APAC, and the US/Canada. Prism will prioritize timezone and language requirements you specify.

Q: Who “owns” the IP created by the resource?
A: Work product, code, and intellectual property belong to the client, as per your MSA and local law.

Q: What support does Prism provide?
A: We manage vetting, onboarding coordination, billing, HR, compliance for the engagement, and act as a point of contact in case of any concerns with the resource. We are not responsible for project management or system administration.

Q: Can Prism provide references or case studies?
A: Yes—please contact us for references who can attest to the quality and flexibility of the Prism model.

Q: How do we get started?
A: Click here and complete the form. We’ll have qualified candidates for you to review, often within one business day.
